Intro to Painting

What a great way to kick off the fall! Starting in September 2024, we will take 4 weeks to show you the basics of great art and introduce you to a variety of mediums to see which one is right for you. You will learn to look for the light source in artwork to distinquish good art from the great. In this course, you will leave each session with a piece of your own artwork based on the following mediums:

Week 1 - Charcoals

Week 2 - Pastels

Week 3 - Acrylic

Week 4 - Oils
